Yes, each site has physicians or mid-levels that are accepting new patients. Please call the office of your choice.
Please call your pharmacy directly for prescription refills, if the refill needs physician approval they will contact us. Please plan ahead, this process can take up to 72 hours.
We require 48 - 72 hours notice for a refill.
We care for patients of all ages: Newborns to elderly
Patients must pay any co-payments at the time of their visit. Patients are responsible to pay any amounts, such as deductibles, co-payments and co insurances that their insurance company designates is their responsibly. If you have any questions regarding your health insurance, please contact your insurance company.
If you are 10 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, it will need to be rescheduled.
We are in a call group with one of our other offices and there will be a provider available after hours to help with your need.
If you must cancel your appointment, we’ll be happy to reschedule for a more convenient time. We ask that you give 24 hour notice. This will allow another patient to be seen.
